Adds a dashboard menu item (for admin users only) which will contain some multisite overview information, such as:

Overall google analytics ID List of sites ordered by last-update date.

Adds a google analytics property to all sites of the multi-sites installation where this plugin is activated. Note that the plugin is fairly simple and the google analytics property is hard coded!
