Adds a dashboard menu item (for admin users only) which will contain some multisite overview information, such as:
Overall google analytics ID List of sites ordered by last-update date.Disruption to service due to security updates from 20:00 HRS on Thursday April 25th till 21:00 HRS on Thursday April 25th. Please avoid pushing updates or uploading files during this period.
